Terms of Service

By creating an account on reconbridge.in or using the ReconBridge Service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are subscribing on behalf of a firm or company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

ReconBridge is a browser-based SaaS tool that allows Chartered Accountants and their staff to reconcile purchase registers against GSTR-2B (and optionally GSTR-3B) data. All GST data processing occurs client-side in your browser. ReconBridge servers do not process, store, or transmit your clients' GST data.

The Service is intended for professional use by Chartered Accountants, tax practitioners, and their employees in India. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Commercial use by entities outside India is not currently supported.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@reconbridge.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may not share your account credentials with persons outside your firm. Each active user requires a separate seat. The Professional plan permits up to 3 simultaneous users.

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full Professional plan access. No payment method is required for the trial. At the end of the trial, your account is paused unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Trial accounts may not be used to circumvent paid usage (e.g., creating multiple accounts for continued free access is a violation of these Terms).

Paid plans are available as monthly or annual subscriptions. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable GST. By subscribing, you authorise ReconBridge to charge your selected payment method via Razorpay on a recurring basis.

Annual plans are billed upfront for 12 months. Monthly plans are billed on the same calendar day each month. If a renewal payment fails, your account enters a 3-day grace period before access is suspended.

Prices may change on 30 days' notice. Price changes do not affect your current subscription period; they take effect at the next renewal.

If you are not satisfied with the paid Service, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first paid charge by emailing hello@reconbridge.in from your registered email address. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. No refunds are issued after 7 days or for partial billing periods. Trial periods do not trigger the 7-day refund window.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid period. No refund is issued for the remaining unused period beyond the 7-day refund window.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of GST laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the reconciliation engine
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated methods to extract data from the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties as a white-labelled or rebranded offering without a written agreement
• Use the Service to process data belonging to clients for whom you have no authorisation
• Introduce malicious code, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or attempt to breach our infrastructure
• Create multiple free trial accounts to circumvent subscription requirements

Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund.

You retain full ownership of your reconciliation data. As described above, GST data processed through the tool never leaves your browser and is not accessible to us. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the input data you provide, and for decisions made based on the tool's output.

ReconBridge is a reconciliation aid, not a substitute for professional judgment. The output should be reviewed by a qualified CA before being relied upon for compliance filings or client advice.

The ReconBridge name, logo, website, reconciliation engine, and all associated content are owned by or licensed to ReconBridge. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your professional practice during the subscription period. No ownership rights are transferred.

The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the Service is error-free, uninterrupted, or that the reconciliation output is guaranteed to be accurate in all circumstances. GST rules are subject to change by the government, and it is your responsibility to ensure the tool is being used in accordance with current law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ReconBridge's total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. ReconBridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of a client relationship.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The seat of arbitration shall be [city of incorporation]. Judgments may be enforced in any competent court.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
