Billing Questions

When does my free trial end and what happens?
Your 14-day trial starts the moment you create your account. At day 14, your account is paused — you can still log in and see your account, but the reconciliation tool is locked until you subscribe. You will receive an email reminder on day 12.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If you are dissatisfied within 7 days of your first paid charge, email hello@reconbridge.in and we will refund in full — no questions asked. After 7 days, no refunds are issued for the current billing period, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes. You can upgrade from monthly to annual at any time. Your remaining monthly days are credited proportionally against the annual amount. Downgrading from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of the current annual period.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Professional mid-cycle?
Yes. When you upgrade, you are charged the prorated difference for the remaining days in your current billing period. The upgrade takes effect immediately.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and popular wallets. All payments are processed by Razorpay.
Do you issue GST invoices for my subscription payments?
Yes. A GST-compliant tax invoice is auto-generated and emailed to you after each successful payment. The invoice includes HSN/SAC code 998313 and the applicable CGST/SGST or IGST breakup depending on your billing state.
What happens if a payment fails?
Razorpay will retry the payment automatically. If it fails again, your account is marked past due and you will be notified by email. Your access continues for 3 days to give you time to update your payment details.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access until the end of the current paid period.
